Hammersmith Bridge Co., one share, 1824, black printing, on vellum, pink paper embossed seal at left. GVF.
Incorporated by Act of 1824. The first suspension bridge to be built over the Thames. Replaced in 1887 by a new structure as the old was too weak for the increased traffic.
