Governor and Company of Chelsea Water Works., Perpetual 4 1/2% Debenture stock, 18[94], scrollwork initials at left, embossed seal depicting Neptune, stamped by Metropoltan Water Board, blue, light folds and stain, good very fine.   Founded in 1723, the company was taken over by the Metropolitan Water Board in 1902    The illustration is from our archive and may not be the actual item sent however the condition will be as good, or better, than illustrated.
