Incorporated in New Jersey in 1929 to operate the freight ship ‘Hopatcong’ between New York and Black Sea ports, but seemingly only made a single sailing due to an alleged mutiny while at sea! The ship was seized on its return in 1931 and placed into the hands of the receiver for non payment of interest on the purchase price.
